Display prob.?

When I go and click display icon from control panel this msg. appear.





An exception occurred while trying to run


"C:Windows\system32\shell32.dll,Contro... Windows\system32\desk.cpl", Display"





Also, some of my menu button are didn’t display. What is this error.

Try to re-install the drivers for your monitor.





You can also try to do online updates at microsoft.





Or you can try to find the .dll that is bad and find a copy of that file to replace it.
Reply:The problem is with ur O. S that particular file is bad in the operating system. Try and overwrite the windows u are currently using, if it is windows xp, when u set it up from the disk at the first screen press "r" that will just overwrite ur operating system but ur files will be intact
Reply:Dll problems are not easy to troubleshoot.


U can repair or reinstall ur windows.
