What does this mean?

Everytime I start up my computer on the screen it says ( an exception occured while trying to run c:\windows system32\cpmotate.dll"Dllverify its driving me nuts having to press ok all the time Any help gladly appreciated

What does this mean?
Go to www.download.com and download Free Spybot Search %26amp; Destroy. Next Right click My Computer then click on Properties then click on Hardware then Device Manager and if you see a Yellow Exclaimation mark or a Red Warning sign then you need to update the driver[s] Do this by clicking on the file[s] with the Yellow od Red indicator or go to Windows Update.
Reply:it seems like you have a malware issue, you just have to download any spyware removal tool (adaware, avast, spybot).
Reply:You have good advice,but try 1. AVG 2. Microsoft Malware,both are free,good luck.
Reply:it means one of your drivers is broken
Reply:go through system restore to a time thaat you know it was okay, if that does not work then that driver needs replacing
