Not able to delete temporary internet files?
First see this link if it is useful to you.

Then, run Disk Cleanup.
Start %26gt; All Programs %26gt; Accessories %26gt; System Tools %26gt; Disk Cleanup
Disk Cleanup lists only files in your Temp folder that are more than one week old.
Download free CC Cleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/download). Also, run it.
If you want to clean the temp folder, you’ll need to do it manually. Close all running programs and type %temp% in the Run dialog box, from the resulting Windows Explorer window, delete with care. Some files are not available for deletion until you reboot.
Also, you need to run some anti-virus; there are several free on-line virus scanners available. Try one or all of these:
Trend Micro
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Panda
http://www.pandasoftware.com/actives..._...
McAfee
http://us.mcafee.com/root/mfs/default.as...
Microsoft Live One Care Online Scanner
And reboot your PC, after trying all these.
Hope, it will solve the problem.

Reply:you go to temp files and try or just go navigate programes.accessories/system tools/ disk clean up and try
Reply:Its probably a required file to keep or it was being used at the time by a running program in the background.
Reply:You might have a worm or virus in those files. You need to go to the direct source of those file and wipe them from your system. I would suggest going through your anti-virus to quarentine these files.
Reply:do it in safe mode but only do it the once time. dont take this instruction that its routine thing to do
