BDoles response is correct... but here are some additional steps to help you

You are going to go into your

"C:\Program Files\World Of Warcraft directory and completely delete your WTF folder.

(WTF = Warcraft Temp Folder)

This should take care of the problem, if it does not than Delete your WTF folder again, and then run the WoWRepair.exe program.

Next course of action is to temporarily remove all of your interface files. In your Addons/Interface folder either delete or simply remove the folders. Delete your WTF folder once again.

If none of those problems fixed your situation, than you need to start looking at your computer.

Make sure that your Computer meets all the requirements, and look at a possible memory / Video Card upgrade.

The 132 error message you are experiencing can be caused by many things. If you haven’t yet, please try the following steps first.

Remove Any Temporary Files

Navigate to your World of Warcraft/Burning Crusade installation directory on your hard drive (the default locatation is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\). If you have an Interface folder, rename it or delete it completely, then remove all the files in your Cache and WTF folders. These files will be recreated with default values the next time you run the game. Please note that if you haven't successfully gotten into the game yet, these folders may not exist. If that is the case, please move on to the next step.

The link below has the full guide. Hope that fixes it for you.
