Delete this directory: C:\WINDOWS\PREFETCH, and restart the computer.

If the problem carrys on, you may try to:

1.Make sure your memory wasn't broken. Just use some memory-checking soft to do that. If it's wrong, replace old by new.

2.Check if there're viruses or Trojans on your PC.

3.reinstall WOW.

4.Click "Start"--"Run", key in "cmd" and enter;

execute this command:

for %1 in (%windir%\system32\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %1

And wait until it ends and restart your PC

5.Install Patches for the OS
Reply:also try contacting WOW customer support.. they are VERY helpful and can talk you through nearly every problem you have.

Reply:Before contacting Blizzard, etc, try simply reinstalling the game again.

Reinstalling usually clears up problems like this.
Reply:Don't know if you have managed to fix it yet but I have had this happen to me twice after the long installation process! I had to reinstall it all over again... another day wasted! It worked after though.
