Question #1: Do I list my student loans, even though they won't be discharged?
Question#2: I owe more on my car than what it is worth, should I try to claim exception? Should I list it on Schedule C-Property claimed as exempt?
I need help filling out Ch. 7 Bankruptcy papers.?
You shouldn't do it yourself. If you do any part of your filing wrong, the court will dismiss your bankruptcy filing. Go hire a bankruptcy attorney. Especially with a Chap 7 filing, it is worth the money. A lot of bankruptcy attorneys offer payment plans.
