What is the best credit card with the lowest APR?

i have exceptional credit history and i get credit card offers in the mail everyday the the US mail truck drive by my house. I have a few cards e.t.c But i want a card that has exception low APR for purchases. Preferrably a card from a Credit union or something. I want the interest rate to be very low based on my credit. Do you know of any credit union or bank in your neighbourhood that give very low APR with no annual fee. Some thing less than 7.9APR on purchases and balance transfer. I've already been to bankrate.com and there isn't must information on there. Please advise. No annual fee and very low APR

Thanks

Reply:I work in credit card business. Some of the common questions would be

1- What's your salary?

2-How much debt you have?

3- Any asset?

4- How long have you been at your job? What's your profession?

5- Own or rent your house?.

When all of these factors factor in with your credit score then the company will determine what rate that they would offer. If you are a new customer to this credit card, they may give you a low rate to lure you in. If you're already an insist customer and don't use the card often, despite the high fico, that's not necessary you will get the low rate.

I have an A1 Fico but i don't have low rate on my cards because I don't use credit card often. When I do, I pay off. I'm not making money for credit card company. Although I get a low fixed rate on my mortgage at 5%.

People tend to confuse because they have a good FICO, they should get the lowest possible rate. It depends on other factors as listed above.
