Why does this come up?

If you know anything about computers and their errors please help!!!?

every time I turn on my family's/dad's computer (laptop with windows xp professional) a dialogue box appears with: an exception occurred while trying to run ''''C:\WINDOWS\system32\gzmrotate.dll''D...

i have searched this on google and it appears that this error is to do with the system 32 folder (i have no idea what that is) im just worried that i've stuffed something up on my dad's laptop. PLEASE HELP

Why does this come up?
