If you know anything about computers and their errors please help!!!?
The System 32 is the folder which gets created when u freshly install the Windows setup. It's a main folder which keeps a track and records all the components that r installed on ur PC.

The dialogue box which states gzmrotate.dll is a adware or Trojan file which is something ur Antivirus software can remove or not allow it ot get installed in the first place. An software like Lavasofts's Adware wud further protect ur PC from getting intruded by malware or adwares which simply hog on ur computers resources and make ur PC slow and ofcourse give errors. So in order to protect ur PC from such things u need to install a Antivirus software like NOD 32 or AVG. Install software like Adware which u wud need to run once every week if u want to scan for unwanted registry keys, adwares and malwares which get installed on ur PC when u connect to the internet. The anti virus software needs to constantly keep on running from the monet u start ur PC till the time u shutdown. So it's a must software.

In this case it's better for u to reinstall the windows setup on ur Laptop after un installing and taking the relevent back up of ur files ofcourse. Reinstall windows and the problem shud get solved. Install and Run an Anti virus software which will not allow any malware to get installed on ur Laptop and keep it running throughout when u keep ur PC on.

Windows 32 is like the Window platform's heart that is Window XP's heart u can say :D so anything affecting ur system will definately not let ur system work properly. So a fresh install for a fresh start is wise now. Just incase u don't want to reinstall freshly just download NOD 32 and install it and download Lavasofts Adware and install it run Adware and c wat it tells u it's most likely to find trojans on ur PC quarantine these found trojans or adwares and malwares by following the softwares direction. Hope this helps.
