Fantasy Team Advice?

I am in a 12 team head-to-head league, currently sit in 3rd place but need some pitching help. All my losses have been in the pitching categories (with the exception of saves)...

Suggestions?

C: Hernandez

1B: Fielder

2B: Utley

3B: Tracy

SS: M. Young

OF: Mench

OF: Willingham

OF: Hawpe

Util: Figgins

DL: D. Lee

DL: Alou

Bench: E. Encarnacion

SP: Buehrle

SP: Zambrano

RP: BJ Ryan

RP: M. Rivera

P: Fuentes

P: F. Liriano

P: Wickman

BN: C. Young

BN: M. Hendrickson

DL: Harden

Yeah...I have 3 players on the DL, but I do not want to drop any of them because they are significant players and they will be back soon(except D. Lee). Is that the right thing to do? Thanks in advance for suggestions.

The one person i would trade on your offense would be Mench. Maybe Encarnacion too, but that part is up to you. Dont aim for an ace, but more of a solid arm. Decent wins and ERA, and low WHIP.

PITCHING WISE:

Buehrle: Will turn himself around and have at least 15 wins at the end of the year. Right now, i think he is just in a funk as his control is off, as his walks are awfully high. Also have to consider that he hasnt gotten much run support when he is on the mound.

Liriano: May earn a spot in the rotation in the very near future. Watch out for that. Has very good stuff and strikes out a lot. At the same time, he has imploded a few times so be wary.

Zambrano: Cut. Is winless which doesnt help your part, and his control problems really run up his ERA. At least Buerhle can get himself out of trouble. See a season of disappointment for Zambrano.

Harden: Yea. Definitely keep him.
Reply:your team looks good, but try to put young in when he starts also try to trade hawpe and mench for a solid of and a good picther who will get you wins
Reply:I think if it possible try to get a few of the higher ranked pitchers like Randy Johnson, Jo Sanatana, or even Kenny Rodgers. They are having a decent year as of now but then again things can always go south.

I would also make sure that you have pitchers in different positions on the depth chart like if you have pitcher first on that teams depth chart try to pick up one of the other players. Or choose a pitcher from a different team.

Also try to only keep 3 RP and make the rest SP so that you can rotate more pitchers in to give you a better chance of scoring for the pitchers catagories.

Just my advice. I tried this last week and it worked great i went from 12th to 7th after last week.
