You mean the error is in the actual flash authoring software itself right? I think the guy who answered above misunderstood you.





Since it is trying to open a file by the name of panelset.xml, it is likely trying to load info that controls the look and feel of the panel layout. If you try changing the layout, you may get errors. If so, try reinstalling or you could email the company and ask them to send you the missing file.
Reply:I have no idea why your computer is looking for an xml file(special type of database) in your temporary program documents, but it is. That's your problem. This file doesn't effect the flash movie or game because it wouldn't contain any of that type of data. It would only store something like highscores.
